About This coach

“Room with a View!”

What does that mean to me?

It means using my Interior Design degree and lived experience to create a welcoming, safe space where we can explore new perspectives together. Through listening, sharing, and curiosity, I support families in building loving, connected relationships—where bodies feel safe, feelings are welcomed, and awareness can grow.

“Parenthood!”

For me, parenthood began in the womb and continues to unfold in many forms. Through raising my own children and supporting other families, I’ve learned the power of patience, trust, engagement, and presence. I believe that when grounded in these values, each moment can hold love, curiosity, and awe. I especially enjoy working with multi-generational families and incorporating diverse specialties through the PEACE process: Rest. Rejuvenate. Repair. Restart.

“Storytelling!”

Every step I’ve taken has led me here—in celebration of life. Storytelling invites curiosity as we build your personal parenting toolbox, spark the love and passion that support you, and listen deeply to the love already present in your life.

“I bring the arms of an octopus!”

I bring attentive eyes and ears, an open heart, and hands that hold space with care. I bring encouragement, warmth, and the quiet reminder: You’ve got this.

My life with my parents, siblings, husband, our three adult children, and working in over 24 companies has shaped my understanding of “Familyhood.” Outside of this work, you’ll find me wandering in the woods, near water, biking long distances, gardening, and being fully present for sunrises and sunsets.

What Makes THEM Special?

What is created when two eyes meet—sparking love, supporting love, and listening to love?

I remember the day my son picked up a falling leaf, holding it gently as he studied its color and shape with curiosity and awe. Together, we wondered where it came from, noticed the trees around us, and shared the quiet beauty of that moment. That experience taught me the power of presence and shaped my commitment to show up with love, support, and deep listening as we grow and learn together.

The energy I bring to my work comes from moments like this—and from every opportunity to be fully present with myself, individuals, and families.

“Every step I take leads me on the path I am on today—in celebration of all life.”
