About This coach
Hi, I'm Tina Celeste
My parenting journey began with the birth of my first child in 2006. I am a graduate from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. I began my professional career in Sales and eventually became a Stay-At-Home mom. I welcomed two more children and learned quickly that parenting was the best and most important job in my life.
In 2018, I was introduced to nervous system regulation and how helpful it is in parenting, to get through the trials life inevitably throws our way!
In 2025, I became a Certified Parent Coach, and I am currently a Master's Student at the University of San Diego. My degree will be in Curriculum Design and Instruction with an Emphasis in Neurodiversity and Special Education.
My passion is to teach parents the power of the 3 R's of Parent Wealth: Regulate, Reset, and Repair! I can't wait to meet you!

My speciality is teaching parents about their nervous system! I LOVE coaching parents through simple strategies to Regulate, Reset, and Repair! Your children will see this modeled through you, and guide them to regulation. A regulated parent is an attuned parent.
My specialties are working with Pre-marital couples, Prenatal coaching, Neurodiversity, and The Teenage Years! I am currently getting a master's degree in Education from the University of San Diego. I am a mother of 3 and love to travel and listen to music. I look forward to connecting with you!
