About This coach

I became a parenting coach for two reasons. Firstly, when I left my childhood home, I was completely committed to having a different kind of relationship with anger and emotions than my parents had with me. I’ve been on a personal journey since then to break the unhealthy cycles I inherited from past generations, heal them, and repattern myself so that I can show up in a conscious and emotionally mature way for my family and not continue to pass on generational wounds. Secondly, as a pediatric occupational therapist, I saw a need within the population I was treating for parents to get support on developing their own emotional and relational skills to provide modeling, guidance, and needed carryover for their child(ren) at home.

Once I realized I was uniquely positioned to address this need, I became passionate about supporting other parents in this soul-shifting Inner Work to become confident, emotionally intelligent, role models and guides for the next generation.

What Makes THEM Special?

I am a licensed and registered occupational therapist, holding a MS in Occupational Therapy, a BA in Design, and a certification in Positive Discipline. I have worked as a pediatric occupational therapist for 7 years specializing in working with children ages 2-18 who are neurodivergent on developing sensory regulation, emotional regulation, executive function, and social/relational skills. Throughout my career, I have experienced working with children with a wide range of personalities and behaviors and I have an in depth knowledge of childhood development so I bring a breath and depth of experience to families I work with. In addition, I am a passionate parent of a 5 year old who gives me opportunities everyday to show up and practice all that I have learned and continue to learn.
