About This coach

I am a Jai certified parenting coach, an Authentic Living certified life coach and a lawyer who specializes in Family Law. Since my teenage years, I've had a deep love for children and a strong desire to be their advocate. My parenting journey began when I received complaints about my 3 and a half-year-old son's aggressive behavior at school. As an anxious parent, I embarked on a quest to find a solution for his explosive behavior. What I discovered was that he wasn't the problem that needed fixing. I needed to heal me first, to support and meet him at his developmental stage.

Unfamiliar with parenting coaches, I came across two Jai coaches who inspired me. Intrigued, I invested in their program and started implementing their strategies with my son and his siblings. I witnessed immediate positive shifts in my son's behavior.  I yearned to learn more about self-regulating and coping with reactivity during challenging moments.

Serendipitously, I came across a life coaching manifestation program that instantly transformed me. This experience fueled my desire to enhance my parenting skills further and share all that I had learned with other struggling parents. I enrolled in both the parenting coaching program and the life coaching program a few weeks apart. The combination of these programs offered me a powerful and transformative journey. I healed my childhood traumas and unhealed experiences while becoming a confident parent and professional.

I learned how to ground myself, find inner calm and peace. I truly began experiencing self-love and proper self-care. I discovered the importance of acknowledging and confronting my triggered emotions rather than hiding from them. Self-care became a crucial aspect of showing up for myself, my children, and my family. I discovered the power of being present in my body and modeling self-regulation for my children.

I learned that beneath every feeling and emotion, there is a need, and it's okay to ask for help and establish value-based boundaries. I acquired the skills to make clear requests through nonviolent communication. I realized that I am responsible for my own growth and expansion, and that no one else can truly fill my ‘bucket’ but me.

These transformative shifts have become my roadmap to fulfilling my God-given purpose. I strive to shine my light and reach as many souls as possible who seek healing, growth, and the liberation from limiting beliefs.  I aim to create a space where individuals can be seen and heard, showing up for themselves and their children with empathy, understanding, connection and unconditional love. I am dedicated to serving for the highest good of all.

When I am not coaching, I enjoy nature walks with my family, swimming in the ocean, dancing with my husband and kids, exercising at the gym, having hot baths and long spa days.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a peaceful parenting coach, I'm dedicated to empowering parents to become leaders for their boys, fostering qualities like empathy, compassion, and conscious communication. Drawing on my multicultural background across England, Trinidad and Tobago, and Canada, along with raising three energetic boys, I bring diverse experiences to my coaching. Leveraging 19 years of legal expertise, I help parents navigate complex familial dynamics with insight and clarity.

Additionally, as a certified life coach, I specialize in addressing childhood trauma, guiding parents to deepen connections with themselves first and then their children. My approach aims to raise boys who are not merely statistics, but empowered individuals poised to contribute positively to solving societal issues. Through my coaching approach, we ensure that boys are nurtured with empowered guidance, sparing them the need to heal childhood wounds in adulthood.
