About This coach

I am a Transformative parenting and life coach, certified by Jai Institute for Parenting and Authentic Living and a family lawyer.

I embarked on a transformative parenting journey when my son faced behavioral issues at daycare.

Instead of fixing him, I focused on healing myself. Inspired by Jai coaches, I embraced their peaceful approach, witnessing immediate shifts.

A life coaching program further transformed me. I pursued both coaching programs, healing childhood traumas while becoming a confident parent who became a self-leader.

I learned self-regulation, self-care, and modeling emotional awareness. Clear communication and meeting needs became essential.

Now, I guide others on their journey, promoting empathetic and compassionate parenting. My purpose is to help souls be seen, heard, and show up for themselves and their children with unconditional love.

Join me as we transform parenting and create positive, nurturing environments for our families.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a peaceful parenting coach, I'm dedicated to empowering parents to become leaders for their boys, fostering qualities like empathy, compassion, and conscious communication. Drawing on my multicultural background across England, Trinidad and Tobago, and Canada, along with raising three energetic boys, I bring diverse experiences to my coaching. Leveraging 19 years of legal expertise, I help parents navigate complex familial dynamics with insight and clarity.

Additionally, as a certified life coach, I specialize in addressing childhood trauma, guiding parents to deepen connections with themselves first and then their children. My approach aims to raise boys who are not merely statistics, but empowered individuals poised to contribute positively to solving societal issues. Through my coaching approach, we ensure that boys are nurtured with empowered guidance, sparing them the need to heal childhood wounds in adulthood.
