About This coach

By the time my first child reached toddlerhood, it became obvious to me that the standard method of parenting I knew wouldn't work. I dove headfirst into learning how to communicate with him and cohabitate in a way that was safe, respectful and enriching. I later found out that he is on the Autism Spectrum and has different needs than many other children. I'm so glad I found Respectful Parenting early on and preserved our relationship over the imaginary "standard" of compliance I somehow expected.

I love being a coach because I get to dig-in to the special and unique relationships that exist between caregivers and children. The mixtures of personalities are endless. My first child being autistic, has given me such a deep appreciation for just how important it is to know your own child- and yourself.

In my leisure time I love dancing, wildcrafting, camping with my family, making music, cooking and eating delicious food with friends.

What Makes THEM Special?

I am an out of the box, creative thinker. I was born, raised and employed in the Seattle Arts Community until I became a parent at age 27. Now I "unschool" my own children (6&8), meaning they are home educated and encouraged to pursue their authentic interests.



I can help parents who are seeking to align their head and their heart. I practice Nature-Based Spirituality, I hold deep respect for Ancestral Wisdom and love witnessing the diverse expressions of humanity.
