About This coach

It is disheartening that so many of us were brought up in a “power-over” dynamic of parenting that has not served us, our children or our world. I decided to become a parenting coach because I am determined to have a different kind of relationship with my child. I want to share my discoveries about this new approach to parenting with you!

As a graduate of the Jai Institute for Parenting, I have a greater awareness of how to build healthy relationships with children based on mutual trust, understanding and care. I am deeply passionate about supporting other parents in this life-changing work which can bring more peace and joy to your home.

What Makes THEM Special?

Hi!

I’m Jen Antognoli, founder of Summit Parent Coaching.

After earning my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, I enjoyed being an Early Childhood Educator for nearly a decade. My extensive teaching experience taught me so much about childhood brain development, the importance of experiential learning and how to offer support to struggling parents.

I am also the proud Mommy of a spunky youngster who continually helps me realize how I can become a better version of myself. Since giving birth to our child, I have been a stay-at-home parent as well as homeschool teacher. The uncertainty of 2020 reaffirmed what I fully believe - that being a parent is the hardest and most important work there is!
