About This coach
As a mom, I know what it feels like to love your kids fiercely and still lose your sht on them — only for that sh*t to come back tenfold so you feel it. The guilt. The shame. The “I said I’d never do this” spirals.
I know what it’s like to want to break cycles while still watching those same patterns show up in your own parenting.
That tension — loving hard AND struggling hard — is what pulled me into this work.
Motherhood humbled me in ways nothing else ever has. It forced me to look at my own triggers, my own beliefs, my own conditioning. And it taught me that growth isn’t about becoming perfectly calm — it’s about becoming honest, aware, and willing to apologize and repair.
I bring a grounded, honest, slightly gritty tone to everything I do. I don’t use overly gentle or “woo” language. I speak like a real person. Because motherhood isn’t polished. It’s raw, layered, exhausting, chaotic, beautiful, and so freaking HUMAN.
When I’m not coaching, I’m living this in real time. I'm noticing my own reactions, repairing when I need to, challenging my own thinking and choosing grace over self-punishment again and again...and again...forever and ever, Amen.
I don’t believe in perfection culture.
I believe in self-aware people and women doing their best in the moment.
And I believe that real change happens when we stop trying to be fake and flawless, and start being brave enough to look at ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and truth.
I believe in being HEARTcore 🤘🤎
What Makes THEM Special?
Jai Parenting teaches powerful tools for regulation, nervous system awareness, and conscious connection.
What makes my coaching different is how I hold it.
I work with moms who don’t just need strategies — they need someone who understands what it feels like when those strategies fall apart at 7:42pm and everyone’s touched out.
I don’t do fluffy.
I don’t do robotic.
And I don’t believe in pretending parenting is softer than it actually is.
I help moms slow down enough to see what’s really happening underneath their reactions — the belief, the story, the conditioning — and gently challenge it.
Because a lot of the shame moms carry isn’t about the moment.
It’s about what they’ve made that moment mean.
In our work together, we hold both:
Grace for being human.
Responsibility for doing better.
I will validate what makes sense.
And I will lovingly challenge what’s keeping you stuck.
If Jai provides the framework, I help you live it in the messy, overstimulated, real-life moments — with language that feels human, not scripted.
Growth doesn’t come from shame.
But it also doesn’t come from pretending nothing needs to shift.
It comes from truth, capacity, and compassion — at the same time.
