About This coach

I became a coach because I needed this work.

I was tired of yelling, apologizing, and wondering if I was messing up the people I love most.

Parenting brought up all my old wounds—and I wanted something deeper than “just take a deep breath", over and over and over again.

Now, I help other parents find real tools, real connection, and real relief in the middle of the chaos.

Not someday. Now.

I believe:

  • You don’t need to be perfect to raise emotionally safe kids
  • Your triggers don’t make you a bad parent
  • Repair is more powerful than getting it “right” the first time

Outside of coaching, I’m usually crafting, voice-noting my feelings to friends, playing around with business aspects of social media because I love learning new stuff, rewatching comfort shows like Friends and Schitt's Creek, or doing drawing tutorials with the kiddos.

This isn’t just a job. It’s personal.

And I show up that way—every time.

What Makes THEM Special?

I don’t come in with a shiny clipboard and a perfect plan.

I show up with lived experience, receipts from the healing trenches, and the kind of honesty that makes you exhale and say, “finally.”

Here’s what sets me apart:

  • I work with cycle-breaking moms who are in it—not just thinking about healing, but actively trying to rewrite the story while raising their kids in real time.
  • My people are messy, brilliant, exhausted, and still showing up.
  • I bring coaching that blends nervous system wisdom, relationship dynamics, and no-BS emotional honesty—because your triggers aren’t random and your guilt isn’t helping.

Who I love working with:

  • The mom who’s trying to be gentle but yells anyway
  • The woman who’s doing the work but wonders if her family can actually grow with her
  • The one who’s healing... but still can’t shake the rage, the guilt, the “I’m not enough” loop

You don’t need another coach who makes you feel behind.

You need someone who gets the chaos AND the heart.

Here’s what I bring to every session:

  • Real-life tools you can actually use at 6:45 pm when everyone’s screaming and dinner’s burning
  • Humor, because if we’re not laughing, we’re probably crying
  • Space for you to fall apart without shame—and rebuild with intention
  • A trauma-informed lens that helps you parent with connection, not control
  • Skills from outside the coaching world—like somatic tools, attachment work, communication rewiring, and relationship repair work that doesn’t rely on “just talk it out”

My “special sauce”?

-I see the whole you—parent, partner, human

-I don’t flinch at your mess

-I bring science AND soul

-And I’ll say the hard thing with love, every time

You're not too much. You're not broken.

You're just doing something really f**king brave.

And I’ve got you.
