About This coach

I'm a mom, stepmom, and empowered parenting coach with a deep love for helping families heal, grow, and thrive. With five kids in a beautifully blended family, I’ve lived the chaos, the joy, and the constant learning that parenting demands—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I became a coach because I believe that parenting is one of the most powerful opportunities for personal transformation. I love guiding parents through that journey, helping them move from frustration to connection, from guilt to grace. I bring humor, honesty, and a big heart to my work, along with a background in international business that gives me a unique lens on structure, goals, and long-term vision. When I’m not coaching, you can find me reading parenting books for fun (yes, really), hiking with my family, or sipping hot tea while listening to a podcast that makes me laugh. I believe empowered parenting changes the world—one regulated nervous system at a time. 💜

What Makes THEM Special?

What sets me apart as a Jai Parenting Coach is my ability to blend deep emotional insight with real-world practicality. I don’t just coach from a textbook—I coach from the trenches. As a mom of five (bio and step), I understand the layered dynamics of modern family life, and I bring lived experience to every session. I specialize in helping overwhelmed parents reconnect with their kids and themselves by building emotional intelligence, breaking generational patterns, and navigating tough moments with clarity and compassion. I especially love working with parents who feel stuck between how they were raised and how they want to raise their children. With a background in international business, I also bring strategic thinking to goal-setting and long-term growth, helping clients create real, sustainable change. My style is direct but deeply compassionate—think conscious parenting meets accountability partner, with a little humor and a whole lot of heart. 💜
