About This coach

My ambition to learn deeply about the power of the relationship between a parent and a child has started over 14 years ago. I was working as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with neurodiverse children and their parents; this has quickly confirmed my purpose on this planet - to empower and support the parents so that more children feel heard, seen and understood in this world.

Having my own 2 boys has proven one thing - parenting is hard for all! Very quickly I realised that my knowledge and expertise was not enough for me to parent the way I wanted to parent as my own inner "stuff" soon started to get in the way. It is only when I went through the Transformational Coaching Programme myself I have eventually gained more consciousness and control over my own responses and behaviours and I became the Mum I wanted to be - confident, compassionate to myself and my children, authentic and fun.

I am so excited to be supporting other parents because I just know how life changing the experience is. We all know that parenting is the hardest job out there yet it is the only job that comes with no guidance, no preparation and no support. Every parent deserves to feel supported. And, if you are a parent of a neurodiverse child, the load can feel even heavier - I can help you make the load feel lighter, but not because "the load" gets lighter, but because YOU will become stronger.

What Makes THEM Special?

  • Former Paediatric Occupational Therapist with experience in working with neurodiverse children and their families
  • Post-Graduate Level 1 in Sensory Integration (Sensory Processing work is  not only for children - it is a MUST for the parents too)
  • Previous experience in working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services
