About This coach

I’m a dad, parent coach, and communications strategist who works primarily with fathers raising neurodivergent and complex kids.

My path into coaching grew out of my own family experience. I know what it is like to be trying hard, loving your kids deeply, and still feeling confused, reactive, worried about the future, or unsure whether the parenting tools you grew up with actually fit the child in front of you.

I believe dads do better when they have a place to be honest, get curious, understand what is happening beneath behavior, and build confidence through practice rather than perfection. My coaching style is practical, non-shaming, and grounded in connection over control.

Before coaching, I spent more than 20 years working in communications, strategy, events, and human-centered problem-solving with organizations ranging from Nike to nonprofits and family-focused organizations. I bring a lot of that same listening, pattern recognition, and practical problem-solving into my work with dads.

When I’m not coaching, I’m usually with my family, working on one of our rental properties, cooking, paddling, climbing, messing with aquariums, or trying to convince myself that one more project around the house is a good idea.

What Makes THEM Special?

I specialize in working with dads, especially fathers raising neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or otherwise complex kids.

What I bring to coaching is a mix of lived experience, practical parenting support, and more than 20 years of work in communication, strategy, and human-centered problem-solving. I know what it is like to love your kid deeply and still feel confused, reactive, worried about the future, or unsure how to help.

My style is practical, curious, and non-shaming. I help dads look beneath behavior, understand their own stress and patterns, build confidence, and find a clearer way to handle hard moments without relying on control or perfection.

I especially enjoy working with dads who care a lot, are carrying a lot, and may not yet have a good place to talk honestly about what parenting is bringing up for them.
